Job Description
A registered nurse with home health experience is needed for an 8-week contract opportunity, with potential extension up to 12 weeks based on census. This role focuses on case management in the Greensboro/High Point area of North Carolina and requires reliable travel using your own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate care for home health patients throughout the day
- Maintain a case load independently, utilizing strong organizational skills
- Travel within the assigned geographic area to provide quality patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum of one year case management experience in home health
- Experience with home health nursing and travel required
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the day
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (five 8-hour shifts)
Benefits generally include mileage reimbursement at the federal rate.
