Your next nursing opportunity starts here. An exciting full-time contract is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) with proven home health and OASIS experience. This 13-week assignment offers the chance to deliver compassionate, skilled patient care while managing your own daily schedule and contributing meaningfully within a supportive clinical environment.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract, with extension potential
• Monday through Friday, full-time hours
• On-call responsibilities may be included
• Daily patient visit structure

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home patient assessments and skilled nursing care
• Complete thorough, accurate OASIS documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
• Deliver wound care, medication management, patient/caregiver education, and monitoring for changes in health status
• Keep care teams informed with timely communication of patient updates

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of recent home health RN experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS documentation
• HomeCare HomeBase familiarity is highly preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
