Your Next Nursing Opportunity Starts Here! We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a home health setting. This 13-week full-time opportunity offers a chance to make meaningful connections with patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of clinical attention and support in the comfort of their homes.
Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities are probable
What Youll Do:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and interventions
- Accurately complete patient assessments and OASIS documentation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Perform wound care, manage medications, educate patients and families, and monitor disease progress
- Communicate patient status and updates effectively with the clinical care team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a structured, full-time schedule with daily visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
