A rewarding role awaits an experienced Registered Nurse ready to advance their career in home health. This 13-week full-time contract is ideal for an RN with OASIS expertise who thrives on clinical accuracy, compassion, and the satisfaction of truly impacting patients lives in their own homes.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract, with the possibility of extension
- Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
- On-call responsibilities may be required
- Daily visit expectations ensure consistent, structured workdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care, including assessments, wound care, medication administration, and disease management
- Accurately complete OASIS documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and physicians to coordinate tailored patient care plans
- Provide thorough patient and family education
- Clearly communicate any changes in patient condition to the clinical care team
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience
- Required experience with OASIS documentation
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is highly valued
- Ability to independently manage daily visits and structured scheduling
- Dependable transportation and a valid drivers license
