Working in home health travel nursing will allow you to collaborate with a supportive team, including dedicated leadership, experienced peers, and LPN/CNA colleagues. Exposure to diverse patient populationsand a broad spectrum of diagnosestranslates to unmatched opportunities to develop and refine your clinical skills. Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
What Youll Do:
- Independently visit, assess, and deliver care to adult patients across the service area (no pediatrics)
- Perform wound care, wound vacs, and manage central lines, drains, catheters, feeding tubes, and IV infusions
- Chart via Homecare Homebase EMR; document care and upload discharge instructions/photos using provided Samsung Note 9 devices
- Manage your daily visit schedule and coordinate appointments directly with patients
- Exercise strong clinical judgment and critical thinking in a variety of care settings
Qualifications:
- Active RN license and BLS certification
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health nursing experience required (first-time travelers accepted if Home Health experience is present)
- Proficient with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) chartingno exceptions
- Experience with wound care, PICC line and port access, and infection control
