Working in home health travel nursing will allow you to collaborate with a supportive team, including dedicated leadership, experienced peers, and LPN/CNA colleagues. Exposure to diverse patient populationsand a broad spectrum of diagnosestranslates to unmatched opportunities to develop and refine your clinical skills. Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

What Youll Do:

  • Independently visit, assess, and deliver care to adult patients across the service area (no pediatrics)
  • Perform wound care, wound vacs, and manage central lines, drains, catheters, feeding tubes, and IV infusions
  • Chart via Homecare Homebase EMR; document care and upload discharge instructions/photos using provided Samsung Note 9 devices
  • Manage your daily visit schedule and coordinate appointments directly with patients
  • Exercise strong clinical judgment and critical thinking in a variety of care settings

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and BLS certification
  • Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
  • At least 1 year of recent Home Health nursing experience required (first-time travelers accepted if Home Health experience is present)
  • Proficient with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) chartingno exceptions
  • Experience with wound care, PICC line and port access, and infection control
