Your next nursing opportunity starts here. A dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health and OASIS experience is needed for a 13-week full-time contract assignment. This role is perfect for an experienced clinician eager to deliver quality care while balancing the independence of managing a set daily schedule.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• 13-week contract with potential for extension
• Daily structured patient visits (on-call likely required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care and supportive interventions in patients homes
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete accurate, timely OASIS documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to implement patient-specific plans
• Handle wound care, medication administration, patient education, and ongoing disease monitoring
• Regularly communicate patient updates and changes in condition to the clinical team

Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license
• At least one year of recent RN home health experience (required)
• Direct experience completing OASIS documentation (required)
• Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Proven track record of managing a full-time, structured daily case load

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
