Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in home health and OASIS documentation for a 13-week full-time contract. Schedule:
- 13-week contract, with possibility for extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Likely on-call responsibilities
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and interventions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments with accurate and timely OASIS documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Manage wound care, medication administration, patient education, and ongoing disease monitoring
- Keep the clinical team updated on changes and progress in patient condition
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent RN experience in home health
- Proven experience with OASIS documentation (required)
- Competency using HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to consistently maintain a full-time visit schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
