A full-time contract opportunity awaits for a Registered Nurse (RN) with home health experience in Houghton, MI. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled in-home nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and disease monitoring
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and timely
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate patient status updates and changes promptly to clinical team members

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active RN license with at least 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
  • Proven OASIS experience is required
  • Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase software strongly preferred
  • Ability to maintain a full-time, structured schedule with daily patient visits
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
