Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with proven home health experienceespecially with OASIS documentationfor a 13-week full-time contract. If you excel at providing compassionate care, ensuring meticulous patient records, and maintaining a structured schedule, this home health position offers a rewarding way to support patients in their own homes.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities are likely
- Daily visit expectations in a structured, supportive environment
What Youll Do:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and interventions
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and timely OASIS documentation
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to execute individualized care plans
- Manage patient education, medication regimens, wound care, and chronic disease monitoring
- Communicate patient status updates and any changes to the clinical team promptly
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of recent home health RN experience required
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation is a must
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase software strongly preferred
- Able to work a structured, full-time weekday schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
