Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with strong home health expertise for a 13-week, full-time contract. If you bring proven OASIS experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the organizational ability to manage a steady schedule, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in patients lives by providing care where it matters most.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call duties may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, in-home nursing and skilled interventions in accordance with patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and on deadline
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Perform wound care, administer medications, educate patients and caregivers, and monitor chronic conditions
- Communicate effectively regarding changes in patient status to the clinical team
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- OASIS documentation expertise
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase software preferred
- Ability to manage a consistent, full-time visit schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
