Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with strong home health expertise for a 13-week, full-time contract. If you bring proven OASIS experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the organizational ability to manage a steady schedule, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in patients lives by providing care where it matters most.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • On-call duties may be required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, in-home nursing and skilled interventions in accordance with patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and on deadline
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Perform wound care, administer medications, educate patients and caregivers, and monitor chronic conditions
  • Communicate effectively regarding changes in patient status to the clinical team

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
  • OASIS documentation expertise
  • Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase software preferred
  • Ability to manage a consistent, full-time visit schedule
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
