Your next nursing opportunity begins herea full-time, 13-week contract for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in home health, specializing in OASIS assessment and documentation. This role is ideal for RNs committed to accurate clinical reporting and confident in managing a structured visit schedule.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities probable
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent experience in home health nursing
- Proficient with OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Proven consistency in managing full-time workloads and structured daily visits
- Reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct in-home nursing care, including assessments, wound care, medication management, education, and disease monitoring
- Accurately complete OASIS documentation within established timeframes
- Coordinate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and communicate updates or changes in patient condition to the clinical team
- Maintain compliance with clinical and documentation standards
