Your next nursing opportunity starts here. Were seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong experience in home health and OASIS documentation for a 13-week full-time contract. This position is ideal for an RN who excels at independent work, thrives on providing quality in-home care, and values being part of a professional, supportive team.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract, full-time commitment
- Monday through Friday
- Probable on-call responsibilities
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and interventions in a home setting
- Complete patient assessments and accurately submit OASIS documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to execute individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and disease process monitoring
- Report changes in patient condition and updates to the clinical team promptly
Who Were Looking For:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent RN experience in home health
- Proven OASIS documentation experience (required)
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage a structured, full-time schedule
