Your next nursing opportunity starts here. A dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse with home health and OASIS experience is needed for a 13-week, full-time contract. Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call duties may be required
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and clinical interventions in patients homes
- Complete patient assessments and OASIS documentation accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to tailor care plans
- Provide wound care, medication administration, patient education, and disease management
- Communicate patient updates and concerns to the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN home health experience
- Demonstrated OASIS assessment and documentation skills
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase is strongly preferred
- Dependable, able to manage a full-time caseload and daily visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are required

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
