Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse with demonstrated experience in home health and OASIS documentation for a 13-week full-time contract. This is the ideal role for someone confident in clinical decision-making, documentation, and managing a consistent workflow. Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibility may be required
- Structured daily visit expectations
What Youll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care and skilled interventions
- Complete timely and accurate patient assessments, utilizing OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication administration, disease monitoring, and patient education
- Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the clinical team
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a home health RN
- Strong proficiency in OASIS documentation
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to maintain a structured full-time case load with daily visits
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
