Your next opportunity as a Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health starts now. We are seeking a committed RN with proven OASIS documentation skills for a 13-week, full-time contract. This is a role for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting while maintaining meticulous reporting and adhering to a structured weekday schedule.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- On-call availability may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care with compassion and professionalism
- Complete patient assessments and OASIS documentation accurately and promptly
- Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized care plans
- Perform skilled services including wound care, medication management, patient education, and disease process monitoring
- Communicate assessments and condition changes efficiently to the broader care team
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least one year of recent experience as a Home Health RN
- Direct experience with OASIS documentation
- Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase software is highly preferred
- Ability to manage a structured daily visit schedule reliably
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
