Your next opportunity in nursing begins here. We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for individuals in their homes. This full-time, 13-week home health contract is ideal for professionals who excel in clinical assessment, thrive in autonomous settings, and value meticulous documentationparticularly those with strong OASIS experience.
Schedule & Hours:
- 13-week assignment, with potential for extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities likely
- Daily visit expectations provided in advance
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and in-home interventions for patients
- Perform patient assessments, ensuring all OASIS documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with physicians and allied care providers to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Deliver wound care, manage medications, educate patients and families, and monitor disease progression
- Communicate clinical updates and changes in patient status to the care team
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- At least one year of recent RN experience in home health required
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation
- Prior experience with HomeCare HomeBase is highly preferred
- Able to effectively manage a structured, full-time schedule and complete daily visits
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
