Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health expertise and OASIS experience for a 13-week contract. This full-time role is ideal for an organized clinician ready to deliver exceptional care and accurate documentation within a structured schedule. Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Potential on-call responsibilities
• Structured daily patient visit expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home skilled nursing care and interventions
• Complete thorough, timely OASIS assessments and documentation
• Work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Provide wound care, medication management, disease monitoring, and patient/family education
• Communicate patient updates proactively to the clinical team

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum one year of recent home health RN experience
• OASIS documentation experience is required
• Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
• Capable of managing a full schedule with daily visits
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
