Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS proficiency for a 13-week full-time contract focused on delivering exceptional in-home care. This role is ideal for confident clinicians who value autonomy, precise documentation, and collaborative care delivery.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • On-call coverage may be required

What youll do:

  • Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and clinical interventions
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, completing OASIS documentation promptly and accurately
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and follow individualized care plans
  • Administer wound care, manage medications, educate patients, and monitor chronic conditions
  • Communicate regularly with the clinical team regarding patient progress and condition changes

Required qualifications:

  • Current and active RN license
  • At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
  • Strong OASIS assessment and documentation background
  • Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to independently organize a daily patient visit schedule
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
