Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health experience, including OASIS proficiency, for a 13-week full-time contract. If youre confident in your clinical judgment, thrive on detailed documentation, and can independently manage a busy visit schedule, this is the perfect chance to bring your expertise directly to patients in their homes.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call rotations may be expected
- Structured daily patient visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home nursing care and skilled interventions tailored to each patient
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, promptly completing OASIS documentation
- Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure individualized care delivery
- Handle wound care, medication administration, patient and caregiver education, and disease process monitoring
- Communicate changes in patient condition and progress to clinical supervisors and healthcare partners
What Were Looking For:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience
- OASIS documentation expertise (required)
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to efficiently manage a demanding, consistent visit schedule
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
