Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong OASIS and home health expertise for a 13-week full-time contract. If you excel at independent patient care, precise documentation, and maintaining a steady schedule, this position will allow you to create meaningful change in your patients lives.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract with extension potential
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and clinical interventions in a home health setting
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and timely OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to establish and update care plans
- Perform wound management, medication administration, education, and ongoing disease monitoring
- Keep clinical team informed of patient status changes and progress
You Bring:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent experience in home health as an RN
- Demonstrated OASIS expertise (required)
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to work an organized, full-time schedule, managing daily home visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
