Schedule:

• 13-week full-time assignment, Monday through Friday
• On-call responsibilities may be included

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a home health RN
• Proven OASIS documentation competency
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
• Ability to efficiently manage a full-time caseload and structured schedule
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and clinical interventions
• Complete patient assessments and timely OASIS documentation
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the broader healthcare team
• Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and disease monitoring
• Communicate relevant patient updates to physicians and team members

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
