Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with proven OASIS expertise for a 13-week home health assignment. This full-time contract role is ideal for nurses confident in their clinical abilities, meticulous in documentation, and ready to manage daily schedules while providing personalized patient care.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract, with strong potential for extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care directly in patients' homes, including wound care, medication administration, and disease management
- Perform thorough patient assessments and complete all OASIS documentation accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to customize patient plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and relevant care procedures
- Maintain clear and timely communication about patient status and care updates with relevant team members
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of recent home health RN experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to independently manage a structured daily caseload
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
