Your next nursing opportunity is here: a dedicated, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a 13-week full-time home health contract. This position is ideal for an experienced home health RN with OASIS expertise who thrives on providing exceptional care, delivering accurate documentation, and managing a structured schedule.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract, full-time hours Monday through Friday
- On-call coverage may be required
- Daily visit productivity expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care, including skilled interventions and patient education
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and precise, timely OASIS documentation
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to personalize care plans
- Perform wound care, medication management, disease monitoring, and health coaching
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding patient status and needs
Required Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- Demonstrated OASIS experience
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase preferred
- Ability to follow a full-time structured schedule and manage daily patient visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
