Were seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong home health and OASIS documentation experience for a 13-week full-time contract. Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be included
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care, including assessments, interventions, and patient education
- Accurately complete OASIS documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to create and implement individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication management, and monitor patient conditions
- Clearly communicate patient updates and changes in status to the healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to manage a structured, full-time schedule with daily patient visits

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
