Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with proven expertise in home health care and a strong background in OASIS documentation. This full-time, 13-week contract offers a chance to deliver rewarding care where it matters mostpatients homeswhile working alongside a professional, supportive team.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, full-time
- On-call duties may be included
- Structured daily visit expectations
What You'll Do:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and interventions in patient residences
- Complete comprehensive assessments and accurate OASIS documentation within required timeframes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide individualized care plans
- Manage wound care, medication administration, patient/caregiver education, and disease monitoring
- Effectively communicate any patient status changes to the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent home health RN experience
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation is required
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Ability to maintain a set patient visit schedule with documentation accuracy

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
