Your next nursing opportunity starts nowa rewarding full-time contract for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health. This 13-week assignment is ideal for professionals with strong OASIS skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients homes.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call probable as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled interventions to diverse patient populations
- Accurately conduct patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation within required timeframes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate individualized patient care plans
- Perform wound care, medication administration, patient and family education, and disease management
- Maintain timely communication regarding patient status and updates with the clinical team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS assessments and documentation
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a structured, full-time caseload
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
