Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse (RN) experienced in Home Health and OASIS documentation for a 13-week full-time contract. Schedule:
- 13-week contract with potential for extension
- Full-time hours: Monday through Friday
- Structured daily visit schedule, with probable on-call duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and interventions tailored to individual patient needs
- Conduct patient assessments and complete accurate, timely OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide wound care, medication management, disease monitoring, and patient/caregiver education
- Report changes in patient status to the clinical team and adjust care as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
- OASIS documentation experience required
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase software is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy schedule and meet daily visit requirements
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
