Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a background in home health and proven OASIS proficiency. This full-time, 13-week contract offers the chance to deliver compassionate in-home care and collaborate with a supportive care team, all while maintaining a structured schedule.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be required
- Daily visit expectations are clearly outlined
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver thorough in-home nursing care and skilled interventions to patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and on schedule
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
- Carry out wound care, manage medications, educate patients, and monitor disease progress as needed
- Communicate patient condition changes and updates to the clinical team efficiently
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of recent experience as a home health RN
- Required experience with OASIS documentation
- Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to effectively handle a full-time, structured daily schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
