Your next nursing opportunity starts herea contract assignment designed for Registered Nurses dedicated to delivering excellent care in home health settings. This full-time, 13-week position is ideal if you are skilled in OASIS documentation, clinical accuracy, and managing a busy schedule, with the potential for extension based on performance.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call duties may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct in-home nursing care, skilled interventions, and patient education
- Complete thorough assessments and OASIS documentation promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Manage wound care, medication administration, and disease monitoring
- Communicate patient updates and changes in condition effectively with the broader clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum one year of recent experience as a home health RN
- Proficient in OASIS documentation (required)
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Organized and able to manage a structured daily visit schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
