Your next nursing adventure begins with a rewarding full-time opportunity in home health care. We are seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse with demonstrated OASIS proficiency for a 13-week contract, making a direct difference in patients lives through exceptional at-home care.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract, with the possibility to extend
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call participation likely
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled clinical interventions
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and ensure timely, accurate OASIS documentation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
- Execute wound care, medication administration, patient education, and monitor disease progression
- Communicate promptly with the clinical team regarding any patient status changes
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- Previous OASIS documentation experience is required
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Ability to efficiently manage a structured daily schedule set by visit assignments
- Dependable vehicle and valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
