A skilled Registered Nurse with OASIS experience is needed for a 13-week full-time contract, providing care and support to patients in their homes. Schedule:

  • 13-week contract, with extension potential
  • Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
  • On-call rotation may be required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on nursing care and skilled treatments in patient homes
  • Conduct assessments and complete timely, accurate OASIS documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
  • Manage wound care, medication administration, patient education, and condition monitoring
  • Maintain clear communication of patient status and care changes to the clinical team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted RN license
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a home health RN
  • Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS documentation
  • Experience with HomeCare HomeBase software strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills for consistent, daily patient visits
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
