Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) experienced in home health and OASIS for a full-time 13-week contract. This vital position is perfect for clinicians with strong assessment skills, attention to documentation, and the ability to work independently while managing a structured schedule.
Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday
- Potential on-call responsibilities
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and interventions
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurate, timely OASIS documentation
- Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and disease monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement individualized care plans
- Communicate patient status updates and changes to the clinical team promptly
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- OASIS documentation experience is required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and ability to manage a full-time caseload
