Your next nursing opportunity is here. We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with strong OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time home health contract. This position offers the chance to make a significant difference, providing quality care to patients in their own homes while working alongside a dedicated team of professionals.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call rotations may be required
- Structured daily patient visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care and skilled clinical interventions
- Accurately assess patients and complete OASIS documentation within required timeframes
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to guide individualized care plans
- Perform essential nursing duties, including wound care, medication management, patient and family education, and ongoing disease monitoring
- Clearly communicate patient updates and changes in condition to the broader care team
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent home health RN experience
- Proficient with OASIS documentation
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (highly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills to manage a full schedule of patient visits
- Dependable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
