Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS experience for a 13-week, full-time home health assignment. Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call coverage may be required
- 13-week contract with the potential for extension
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled, compassionate in-home nursing care to patients with diverse health needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and on time
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to create individualized plans of care
- Perform wound care, medication administration, patient and family education, and ongoing disease monitoring
- Clearly communicate updates and changes in patient condition to the broader clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year recent home health RN experience
- Required: OASIS proficiency
- Strongly preferred: Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase
- Ability to handle a structured full-time schedule and daily patient visits
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
