Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong OASIS experience for a full-time, 13-week home health contract. If you excel in clinical care, accurate documentation, and managing a structured schedule, this is an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact in home health.

Schedule:

  • 13-week contract duration, with extension potential
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • On-call duties may be required
  • Daily patient visit expectations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-home nursing care, including skilled assessments and interventions
  • Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation for each patient visit
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement individualized care plans
  • Perform wound care, medication management, patient and family education, and chronic disease monitoring
  • Communicate promptly about patient condition changes to the clinical team

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • At least one year of recent home health RN experience
  • Proficiency with OASIS documentation required
  • Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Proven ability to manage a full-time caseload and complete visit requirements

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
