A Registered Nurse (RN) with specialized home health experience is needed for a rewarding 13-week full-time contract in Baraga, MI. This opportunity is ideal for an RN skilled in performing patient assessments, providing skilled in-home nursing care, and managing OASIS documentation to ensure high-quality, individualized patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive in-home care, conducting thorough patient evaluations, and accurately completing documentation. The RN will collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to implement care plans, perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and monitor disease progression. Effective communication regarding patient status updates is essential to support coordinated care.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RN licensure
  • At least 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
  • Proven expertise in OASIS assessments and documentation
  • Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase is highly preferred
  • Ability to maintain a structured, full-time schedule with daily visits
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • On-call coverage may be required
