Your next nursing opportunity starts here! An immediate opening is available for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with home health experience, specializing in OASIS documentation. This 13-week, full-time contract offers a chance to deliver meaningful care in a dynamic environment while further developing your expertise in home health nursing.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Structured daily visit assignments
- On-call participation may be required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience in home health settings
- Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS documentation
- Experience using HomeCare HomeBase is strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Confidence managing daily visit schedules independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive in-home nursing care for patients with diverse clinical needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately complete all OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to implement individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication administration, patient education, and ongoing disease management
- Communicate patient progress and any changes in condition promptly to the clinical leadership

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
