Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with solid home health experience, particularly with OASIS documentation, for a 13-week, full-time contract. Schedule:
- 13-week contract with potential to extend
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
- Daily visit structure with probable on-call duty
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience
- OASIS documentation experience required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care and skilled interventions
- Perform accurate and timely patient assessments using OASIS
- Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to build and execute individualized care plans
- Provide wound care, medication management, and patient and caregiver education
- Monitor disease progression and communicate changes to the clinical team
- Support the highest standard of compassionate, patient-centered care

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
