A 13-week full-time contract is available for a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in home health. This rewarding position promises a structured schedule, professional growth, and the chance to engage with patients where they need support mosttheir homes.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, full-time
- On-call responsibilities possible
- Daily patient visit expectations
What you'll do:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and interventions tailored to each patient
- Perform accurate, timely assessments and complete OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning
- Administer wound care, manage medications, educate patients and families, and monitor for changes in health status
- Clearly communicate updates or concerns with clinical partners
What we're seeking:
- Current, active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience, with OASIS documentation knowledge
- Strong preference for experience with HomeCare HomeBase
- Proven ability to maintain a reliable, structured schedule
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
