Were seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse who excels in providing skilled in-home care and is comfortable managing schedules and documentation. This full-time, 13-week assignment offers the chance to deliver high-quality patient care while working closely with a professional support team.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call participation likely
- Daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care and interventions in patient homes
- Perform patient assessments and ensure timely, accurate OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to personalize care plans
- Provide wound care, medication administration, and patient/caregiver education
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the clinical team
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum one year of recent RN experience in home health
- Proven proficiency with OASIS documentation
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a structured schedule and workload
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
