Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an Emergency Department (ED) setting.
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC, all current at the time of application.
- Permanent residence located more than 50 miles from the job location.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to respond rapidly to emergencies during overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations during night shifts (6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.).
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards.
- Respond effectively to life-threatening situations with advanced clinical skills.
