Schedule/Hours:
- Variable shifts based on facility needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment
- Triage and prioritize patient needs quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and manage advanced equipment
- Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing care
- Accurately document treatment plans and interventions in patient records
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (other certifications may be required per facility protocols)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
