Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (full-time hours, schedule details provided during interview)
Key Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
- Competence in managing high-acuity patients and fast-paced environments
- Excellent critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and support fellow nursing staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ER patients in line with established standards and the nursing process
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise and guide nursing staff of various experience levels, exercising sound judgment and leadership
- Assess changes in patient condition, perform timely interventions, and communicate clearly with the healthcare team
- Uphold documentation and patient safety protocols
