Essential Qualifications:
- Current RN license and eligibility for California state licensure
- Minimum of 1 year recent ER RN experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience supervising support and nursing staff, a plus
