Desired Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Previous ER nursing experience strongly preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff
- Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to delivering compassionate patient care
Key Responsibilities:
