Provide critical care and emergency nursing services in a fast-paced, 30-bed facility located in Wilton, CA. This travel nursing opportunity offers a dynamic environment with a well-supported team and modern resources, ideal for an experienced RN-ER professional seeking variety and challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department, managing patient assessments, treatments, and monitoring
• Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, pharmacists, and other care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize Pyxis medication systems and Cerner documentation for accurate and efficient patient record-keeping
• Perform necessary phlebotomy and assist with patient procedures as required
• Adapt to a self-scheduling model with six weekend shifts over six weeks, with no call or float requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with Emergency Room experience
• Familiarity with Pyxis medication dispensing and Cerner electronic documentation systems preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio setting
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration experience

Work Schedule:

• Weekend coverage: 6 shifts across 6 weeks
• No call responsibilities
• Self-scheduled for flexibility
