Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• 11:00 AM 11:00 PM shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license and eligibility to practice as an RN
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, and SAMA or equivalent
• TNCC and ENPC preferred for optimal performance in an emergent care setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, evidence-based nursing care to ER patients in accordance with the Nursing Process and all regulatory requirements
• Assess, triage, and manage care priorities with a focus on patient safety and swift response to critical conditions
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and leadership for effective patient care planning and delivery
• Maintain clinical proficiencies through continued education and adherence to best practices
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to support personnel to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
