Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment
- 11:00 AM 11:00 PM shifts
This mid-shift role offers an excellent opportunity for travel nurses seeking immediate placement. Offer is extended automatically to qualified candidatesno interview required.
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license and eligibility to practice as an RN
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, and SAMA or equivalent
- TNCC and ENPC preferred for optimal performance in an emergent care setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled, evidence-based nursing care to ER patients in accordance with the Nursing Process and all regulatory requirements
- Assess, triage, and manage care priorities with a focus on patient safety and swift response to critical conditions
- Exhibit strong clinical judgment and leadership for effective patient care planning and delivery
- Maintain clinical proficiencies through continued education and adherence to best practices
- Supervise and delegate responsibilities to support personnel to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care
