Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time contract position
- Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on department needs
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent ER nursing experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Proficient in triage, assessment, and rapid patient stabilization
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency care for patients in critical or urgent condition
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and execute physician orders
- Document patient status, care delivered, and clinical changes
- Communicate empathetically with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with ER physicians, ancillary staff, and hospital services to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to infection control and safety policies at all times
