Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific shift details provided upon interview)
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with emergency department experience
- NCI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) certification required
- Moderate Sedation Training required
- Skilled in using the nursing process to deliver coordinated patient care
- Capability to supervise and direct nursing staff at multiple levels
- Adaptability and collaborative spirit in multidisciplinary environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide triage, treatment, and support for trauma and emergency patients of all ages in an acute care environment
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care according to established standards and individualized patient needs
- Supervise nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and professionalism
- Coordinate care with physicians and disciplines, utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
