Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible to practice in California
- Minimum one year of recent ER nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
- Strong assessment, supervisory, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to assigned patients in the ER
- Supervise and support nursing staff across multiple levels
- Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking in emergent situations
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Adapt to varying patient needs as a Float Pool RN, ensuring coverage across units as required
